At InMe Rent A Car, we maintain a simple and transparent fuel policy to ensure a smooth rental experience for every customer. All vehicles are delivered with a confirmed fuel level, and the vehicle should be returned with the same amount of fuel at the end of the rental period.
Our goal is to provide fairness and clarity, allowing customers to pay only for the fuel they use during their trip in Punta Cana. If the vehicle is returned with less fuel than delivered, the difference may be charged accordingly. Vehicles returned with extra fuel do not qualify for refunds.
Before vehicle delivery, our team verifies the fuel level together with the customer to avoid misunderstandings and guarantee transparency.
